Bio

Claudia has been active in sports most of her life; in her youth playing soccer, tennis, swimming and as an equestrian. As an adult, she trained and competed in the equestrian sport of 3-day eventing at Mill Creek Equestrian Center, but entering motherhood quickly consumed most of her time and energy. Claudia found CrossFit in late 2011 when she was searching for a fitness regimen to get back in shape. Crossfit quickly became her “me-time”, a stress release outlet, it reignited her competitive spirit and she fell in love with it. Crossfit has transformed not only her body but more importantly her mindset on what she is capable of both inside and outside the gym. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with those around her to help them move better, adopt healthier habits and transform their lifestyle by embracing a growth mindset.

“The absolute best is when someone achieves something they didn’t think was possible. It creates a mindset shift “If I can do that, what else can I do?” which eventually becomes, “What can’t I do?” And that’s the where the magic happens! I’m so grateful to be a part of that experience.”
